At Thrift Supply, we want you to love your vintage finds, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn't perfect. We offer a 14-day return window for store credit or refunds on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Thrift Supply tags and security seals remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
